Clay McCall

Patrik 鈥淐lay鈥 McCall a fifth generation Oklahoman from Atoka. He attended the University of Oklahoma where he received his Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance.  While at OU, he also completed his license requirements as a Nursing Home Administrator.  Clay later completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2001.

McCallbegan his banking career in 1995 with AmeriState Bank, formerly Atoka State Bank, and worked his way through every bank department and currently serves as President.  Under his leadership, the bank has grown from ninety-five (95) million dollars in assets in two locations to four hundred and fifty (450) million dollars in assets spanning six locations throughout southern Oklahoma and north Texas.  Before ascending to the presidency in 2013, he served in other key leadership positions with the bank including Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Lending Officer.  McCall is completing his thirtieth (30th) year with the bank and has led through multiple economic cycles during his career.

McCall has also served in many leadership positions outside the bank including three elected terms to the Atoka Public School Board where he served as a member and Vice-President of the Board.  Additionally, he also served on the boards of the Atoka Manor, Atoka County Chamber of Commerce and Lions Club.  McCall has previously served, by Gubernatorial appointment, on the Oklahoma Workforce Investment Board.

He was appointed as a 天美影视 State College Regent by Governor Stitt in 2024. McCall looks forward to bringing his financial and public service expertise to assist in the regional and state mission of 天美影视 State College and higher education. 

Outside of work and public service, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and sports with his family.  McCallhas four sons, William, a student at the University of Oklahoma; Andrew, a student and football player at Oklahoma State University; Wade and Tripp, both of whom are high school students.  McCall and his wife Ginger attend First Baptist Church in Durant.
